Do you really come to my business?
Yes, in Toronto and the GTA the first setup session is in person at your office, shop or yard. Elsewhere in Canada we do it by video call.
What do I have to do to set it up?
About an hour of your time for the first session, then reading and approving the call script and making a few test calls. We do the rest.
Do I need a new phone number?
No. You keep your number. We forward the calls you choose to the agent: missed calls, after-hours calls or all calls.
What happens with an emergency call?
You set the rules with us, for example no heat in winter, water coming through the ceiling or a death at home. Those calls go straight to your cell or the on-call person, and you still get the written summary.
