Will callers know they are talking to an AI?
The voice is natural and most callers simply get their problem solved. We still recommend the agent says it is an automated assistant if asked, and it can hand the call to a person whenever the caller wants one.
Do I need a new phone number?
No. You keep your number. We forward the calls you choose to the agent: missed calls, after-hours calls or all calls.
What happens with an emergency call?
You set the rules with us, for example no heat in winter, water coming through the ceiling or a death at home. Those calls go straight to your cell or the on-call person, and you still get the written summary.
What languages does it speak?
The agent answers in English. Tell us if many of your customers speak another language and we will tell you honestly what is possible.
Will it replace my office staff?
Most owners use it for the calls nobody can take: after hours, weekends, lunch, and the moments when everyone is on a job. Your staff can keep answering during the day.
What do I have to do to set it up?
About an hour of your time for the first session, then reading and approving the call script and making a few test calls. We do the rest.
How much does it cost?

Where do you work?
Anywhere in Canada. In Toronto and the GTA we come to your business for setup. Elsewhere we do the setup sessions by video call.
Can it book into my calendar?
Yes, if you use an online calendar or booking tool. If you do not, the agent takes the request and texts it to you to confirm.
How do I know if I need one?
