- AgentThanks for calling Emma Clarke, Realtor. How can I help?
- CallerI saw the sign on Birchmount. Is it still available, and can I see it this weekend?
- AgentYes, it is still available. Saturday at 11 or 2 are open. Are you already pre-approved for a mortgage?
- CallerYes, we are. Saturday at 2 works.
- AgentYou are booked for Saturday at 2. Emma will text you to confirm.
Why agents lose buyer calls
Real estate calls come in when you are in showings, at the office signing offers or driving between appointments. Buyers often call several agents about the same home and work with the first one who answers.
The agent answers every call, gives the listing details, qualifies the buyer and books the showing, so you call back confirmed appointments instead of voicemails.
We set it up at your business and stay until it works
You do not configure anything. We do the setup work with you and keep adjusting until you are happy with how it handles calls.
We come to you
In Toronto and the GTA we visit your office, shop or yard. Elsewhere in Canada we do the same session over a video call. We learn your services, prices, service area, hours and how you like jobs booked.
We write the call script
What to say, which questions to ask, what counts as an emergency, who gets the transfer and what the agent must never promise. You read it and approve it.
We test it together
You and your team call the agent and try to trip it up. We fix every answer you do not like before a single customer hears it.
You go live with your number
You keep your phone number. Calls you do not answer, or all calls after hours, forward to the agent.
We tune it for the first weeks
We review real calls, tighten answers and add the questions customers actually ask, until the results are where you want them.
Questions real estate agents ask about AI receptionists
Short answers to what owners in your line of work usually want to know.
Can an AI receptionist answer calls about my listings?
Yes, with the listing details you give it. It answers the basic questions, books showings and sends you the caller details right away.
Can it qualify buyer and seller leads?
It asks the questions you choose, for example whether they are buying or selling, the area, the timeline and whether they are pre-approved, and texts you a summary.
Can an answering service answer while I am at a showing?
Yes. The lead is answered and qualified while you are busy, and you call back with the details in hand.
Can it answer questions about my listings?
Yes, with the details you give us for each listing. When you add or sell a listing, you tell us and we update the agent.
How much does an answering service for real estate agents cost?
A human answering service usually bills per minute or per call, so a busy month costs more. Our AI receptionist is from $150 a month plus one-time setup from $299, in CAD, and setup is free for our first 10 businesses. The monthly price depends on how many calls the agent takes. See pricing.
Is an answering service worth it for real estate agents?
Compare the monthly price with what one booked buyer or seller lead is worth to you. If you miss several calls a week, catching one or two of them usually covers the cost. If you almost never miss a call, you probably do not need one. The 1-minute quiz checks this for your business.
AI receptionist or live answering service: which is better for real estate agents?
A classic answering service usually takes a message and you call back. The AI receptionist answers every call at once, follows the script you approved, books into your calendar and sends urgent calls to your phone by your rules. A human service can still suit you better if most calls need judgement a script cannot cover, or callers mostly speak a language other than English. Full comparison.
What should real estate agents look for in an answering service?
Four things: it answers every call at once, including nights and weekends; it books into your calendar instead of only taking a message; it sends emergencies to your phone by your rules; and you know how the price changes in a busy month. Ask for a test call before you sign. More in how to choose.
More questions
Will callers know they are talking to an AI?
The voice is natural and most callers simply get their problem solved. We still recommend the agent says it is an automated assistant if asked, and it can hand the call to a person whenever the caller wants one.
Can it book into my calendar?
Yes, if you use an online calendar or booking tool. If you do not, the agent takes the request and texts it to you to confirm.
Do I need a new phone number?
No. You keep your number. We forward the calls you choose to the agent: missed calls, after-hours calls or all calls.
